Help Windows 7 fonts

Due to some reason (probably malware, I install lots of modding programs) all the fonts except plain text ones disappeared to word processors, both with free office and office 2007. Ran tron.bat script (which runs a battery of antiviruses) but nothing changed (except a general cleanup). Can anyone help me?
