BAT and Device Recognition

Hi!

 

Im currently using a virtual audio board and therefor have placed my default microphone as its output device in order to recieve the audio into the program, however I currently have a CMD program running which puts a cap on how much Microsoft is allowed to gain main physcial microphone. My problem right now is that I dont know the technical name in order to refer to my physcial microphone anymore in order to keep the gain capped. 

 

Anyone got any solutions to this?
