disc read error 5.0 modern warfare

Not sure what's happening, but i recently just upgraded my motherboard. 
i reinstalled windows and installed drivers, now i am currently having problems loading up CoD: Modern Warfare ( 2019 ).
i have a 
ryzen 5 2600 ( stock cooler )
msi x470 gaming plus motherboard 
rx 5600 xt

32gb of 3000mhz rma ( corsair vengeance lpx ) ( 4 sticks )
600psu 
500gb NVMe m.2 drive ( crucial ) 
and 2 tb of hdd ( friend gave me this not sure what it is )

before i had a

gigabyte b450m DS3H mother board

16 gb of ram ( 2 sticks ) 
and a rx 570 
was working fine with this setup also replaced the 570 with my current gpu a few days ago and it ran perfectly. 
im not sure what the problem is now. Im not sure if im not looking correctly but i cant seem to find information on how to fix it.
 

this is also a new error that just popped up.

have you installed the new drivers for radeon. it has fixed a lot of driver issues etc
