Logitech X Pro gaming issue

So i bought the Logitech X Pro gaming last week and i'm having some issue with the sound quality overall when using the USB DAC or the 3.5mm audio jack

 

When using the USB DAC there's a background sound that goes away if i put down the sound wheel on the in line cable but after that all sounds are kinda muted and sound distant

 

When using the audio jack, the sound is not present with the wheel being at 100% but the overall quality is bad

 

Step taken to resolve the issue : 

 

Uninstall Ghub and all Logitech drivers

Reboot, plug in DAC, updating drivers via Ghub then reboot

Same issue 

Tried different games and different combinaison with audio jack or the USB DAC but the issue and sound quality is still bad

 

Wondering if thats a known issue or if a RMA is required here

Can't find anything online and running out of option here.
