Hi,

I'm currently using a Corsair Iron-claw wireless mouse as it was recommended for large hands but I'm getting really bad cramps. Im looking at more ergonomic mice like the Logitech MX Vertical Advanced Ergonomic Mouse but im not sure if it will be all that much of an improvement. here are the measurement of my mouse hand, Tip of ring finger to wrist crease = 20cm, base of thumb across to base of pinky 11cm. The guides I've looked up so far don't have anything bigger than the corsair mouse I have at the moment, I was wondering if anyone would have some less common suggestions.

It's not just the size of the mouse but also the angle at which your wrist is while using said mouse(and keyboard).  If you do a lot of typing at non ergonomic angles and also if you happen to not take breaks to stretch and/or rest your hands.  Temperature can make a difference also...do your finger tips get cold easy?

Lots of things to consider, but first things first, eye level should be a little above mid monitor, you should be able to draw a close to strait line from tips of fingers to elbow where wrists are between those 2 points, And a soft pad to rest your wrist on attached to your mouse pad.

I have all of what you have outlined, I had a neck injury last year so I'm super into ergonomics, have a soft wrist rest good seating support. I work on a pomodoro technique so have regular breaks every 25 minutes. My fingers dont get cold easily, feels like I have to make my hand smaller to use the mouse which is putting strain on my fingers and wrist.

I remember using an adjustable mouse for a while. Where I could make the external of it larger and I could add weight to it or make it lighter.  There are a few kinds that come to mind and they are expensive when I remember seeing them. The one that has adjustable pa else and the other was more like a joystick but wasnt...will try to link it..
