Looking to build something for 1000-1300 USD.

I am from Trinidad so i have my stuff sent to a courier in USA and I have OS/Monitor/Peripherals.

Was wondering I should stay with the Stock cooler or get a aftermarket one, also everything has to be from amazon =(. TY tho this list can still help me!

the stock cooler will be good enough for the 3700x.
