FiiO E10K static sound

Hi,
I am having a problem with my new Fiio E10K. It sometimes just puts out a static sound when i am switching between music tracks on spotify or a thumping sound can be heard in the background when listening to music. I have tried reinstalling the drivers and trying different cables and headphones but nothing has helped.
