Disk 0 and Disk 1

My OS is installed in my M.2 SSD. Shouldn't my SSD be Disk 0 and not Disk 1? or is this okay?

It's fine.

 

Might be a second faster to boot up if you change the boot order in the BIOS, but won't matter otherwise.

What does "Active" and "System" mean? In my other PC and friend's PC it doesn't have those.

UEFI and BIOS partitions are handled differently. Lots to read there and I'm not copying it all here. Read through the different sections in that link, it explains some of it and there is always Google. Sorry no one has pitched in with the tl;dr notes...
