Pc performing extremly poor

Hi guys, 

 

As you can tell by the title, I am experiencing several issues with my Pc. It started 3 days ago, when suddenly my pc shut down. I restarted it and suddenly any simple task felt laggy, it took me like 10 seconds to open a browser. I ran a benchmark and every single part of my pc only performed half as good or worse as usual. I already reinstalled Windows.

 

Any help is appreciated.
