Help PC won't boot

I've just finished my new rig and always check if anything goes wrong, first the ram (already fixed) then the ssd (also already fixed). after all that my PC still wont post or even displaying anything but all parts is brand new my cable also brand new. If anyone can help please notify me

 

Specs:

Asus ROG strix z390-I

Intel Core I7 9700K 9th gen

2x8 3000mhz trident Z rgb

Corsair mp500 210gb

Seagate Barracuda 2tb 7200rpm

Asus ROG strix RTX 2060 super

Corsair H100I RGB

Corsair HX750

Corsair Crystal 280X rgb

did you try taking it ALL apart and reassembling it? surprisingly solves 80% of the issues.

the other 19% is motherboard incompatibility.

Thanks i reasembled my pc, it work now i think the pcie slot sort of not working sometimes
