ESD Safe Foam in GPU Box?

My RTX 2070 Super just arrived a day ago and I took it out of the box to look at it because I am still waiting for a part or two to finish my PC and the anti static bag ripped in half, the card is fine but is it ok to store it back in the box without the anti static bag with the black colored foam around it?

I don’t know what happened it either came like that or a sharp heatsink fin ripped it but next thing I know when I’m trying to put it back in the bag is that the other side is completely open

So it's like a sleeve now? Just keep it in the sleeve.

Well kind of, there’s just a huge hole in the side of the bag

Yeah, it's fine. If you *really* want you can put some tape on it, but honestly the card would probably be fine just sitting on a desk without a bag or box.
