Motherboard drivers

This is my first PC build. I have Windows 10 and just downloaded the drivers for my ASUS Rog Maximus XI Hero motherboard. I'm currently extracting the files, but am confused as to which Setup file I'm suppose to use. For Example, I just extracted the files for my Audio Driver, and notice that there is an ASUS Setup file, and just a Setup file. I've also noticed that for some of the other drivers I've downloaded, they also have multiple different Setup files. Which one am I suppose to use?
