Definitely, get R5 3600(X) \ R7 3700X.

And what about the PSU ? What model is that exactly ?

i would much rather grab a good 144hz, as 240hz has proven to not be usable for most people, including many actual professionals. that's why there's still a lot of use inside the professional space with 144-165hz

gaming x, evoke, mech oc, red dragon, red devil, nitro+, gaming oc, pulse, thicc, raw are all good cards. the raw, thicc, mech and evoke only after their fixes though.

3600 and another 8 gigs of ram might be worth it if you don't get the wanted results

Cant seem to find a modelnumber on the PSU right now, im not at my computer at the moment. But i would guess its of decent quality since most of the other parts are.

Okey damn,i was hoping to just upgrade the GPU for budget reasons.

So the motherboard will work with these two?

I wouldn't be so sure but it might be. It's just that with some 80+ Gold units even relatively modern ones, you might encounter stability problems with RX5700 XT.

That's possible, why not, it's just that you unlikely to reach 240FPS with your current CPU, and as @LukeSavenije already said, i'd suggest getting 144Hz display instead too. Also you would benefit from adding another 8GB of RAM too.

After UEFI update, yes.
