Network device not showing

I frecently set up a server at home store back-up's, media, etc. and have been succesful thus far in accesing the device through file explorers netork section on my laptop,

however when i tried to access it from a desktop pc on the same network it wont come up under the network section, allow of my network and sharing settings have been changed to supposedly fix this however i have been unsuccesful. Does anyone have any experience with this issue any help would be really appreciated :)
