Does the steam application Wallpaper Engine work without an activated version of windows ???

Yes, but you should still see a watermark on the bottom right corner of your display.

Ok i guessed that the watermark would still be present, i just wanted to double check if it even works at all.

Just buy Win10 Pro key on ebay for like $3. I got 3 of those keys and they work perfectly.
