So,

Its been over a few months now me looking for a solution for this issue.

I have tried almost every distro in order to find a manual guide to set this up on debian buster. Issue is the guide debain's official site has posted is outdated and results in broke-up reboot which results in a black screen. Due to which I have to use tty to purge everything nvidia and dpkg reconfigure and stuff. If on LinusForums anyone has ever encountered this exact issue please respond, this thing is getiing out-o-hand now!

I have reached out to debian IRC community also but no solution.
