Help with budget upgrade!

So I am looking to upgrade my current system that i built around 6-7 years ago. Working with a $300-$500 budget and wanted to get ideas from you guys. Here is a list of what I am currently working with.

I-7 2600k
Asus PZ68 Gen 4 Mobo
8gb DDR3 Ram
R9 290 Graphics Card
Corsair TX650M Power supply
120GB SSD
CM Storm Case
Antec Kuhler 620 CPU Cooler

 

Pardon the dust on the pic, in the process now of a complete cleanout again
