Firstly my apologies if I don't adequately or correctly state things.

A 128GB microSD card I've had for a few years now developed this problem not long after I stored a large number of images and small video files on it (camera, Snapchat, etc.).  When trying to manually transfer files off of the memory card if a folder with a file that I assume is on a bad sector is selected it causes a time out.  I'm not sure if there is some way for me to get around this so that I can get the files that are not impacted off the drive?  It is time consuming to have to keep taking the card out of a USB port each time it causes explorer to timeout/freeze and then keep going until the next problematic file is encountered.  With 42GB of data still on the drive I get a few gigs off every few months and then give up.

Card is still in the RMA period for a a few more weeks before the 5 year warranty is up.  So far I've not come up with a solution.

I'm open to any suggestions.  Running chkdsk causes it to timeout.  Any help is appreciated.
