Random freezing and long loading

Hello,

Recently I have been having trouble with modern warfare as it randomly freezes and frames drop but they don’t drop that far to make my screen freeze it goes from 120 to 80 at random times and wherever I see an enemy. Also in Csgo it is taking like more than 5 minutes just to load into a competitive match and during the loading it crashes but if I click wait for the program to respond it usually comes back and continues to load.

At first I thought it was a hard drive issue, but now reading into it I started thinking it’s an issue with my ram. I have 8gb of DDR4 2133 MHz and it’s 3 years old. I have noticed the hard drive making noise also and that Hard drive is the same age as the ram.
