Cleaning Headset (Hyperx Cloud II)

I havent used my Cloud II headset over an year and has beeen in my cupboard all this time.. and now i see its gotten sticky on the surface and the earcups are  kinda worn off and mic sponge turned into dust,


Any suggestions on
-how to clean up the sticky part ?
-Are spare accessories available or can i use any usually sold (General) accessories to fit in for earcups and mic sponge? (i have a spare set of accesories given wen i bought the headset for now)

-any suggestions and precautions to be taken on my behalf for headset for future use*
