Posted November 20, 2019 Not much. Eps is(was) very similar to atx. My best guess atm is it’s cable connectors like your pins better so it’s making a power connection whereas the the other PSUs weren’t. Also possible you’ve got another faulty part and the sheer size of the 850 is keeping your bad part from blowing stuff. Not a pro, not even very good. I’m just old and have time currently. Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake. Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
