Mouse freezing [Please, please help!]

I will write this shortly.

Any mouse i plug in in my desktop pc, at random times cursor freezes, but buttons work, and when i lift up my mouse and put it back on the table, only then i can move the cursor. It affects the games too. Very annoying. I searched the web without much luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
