Amp/DAC mixer

So I play games on PC and PS4. I want an all in one solution which is better than my Astro A40 mix amp set up now. Which involves an optical cable from my PS4 and USB from my PC. This allows me to have either discord or party chat when playing on PS4 or PC. What could I do to have say the DT 990 pros with a amp/DAC and mixer? What budget would I be looking at? Is this even possible? Thanks in advance
