Motherboard compatibility

Hey there,

Looking to upgrade my GPU in my rig,

Currently have: 
Intel I7 3370k
24GB DDR 3 Ram
Z77X-D3H
Gtx 680

Mainly looking to upgrade my GPU, since it seems to be the bottleneck in my machine according to task manager, (Most games I play, it hits 100% Load in the main menu already lol)
I mainly play FPS Games, but I also use my Pc for editing 4k Raw Proress Videos, mainly footage from the ursa mini 4.6k, or arri alexa.

So main question:
Are the 2070 super or 2080 super cards compatible with my motherboard?
