Fan controller that doesnt pulse 12v

Im in the market to replace my adjust 108 from Fractal Design due to the fact of its making my sp120 fans buzz like hell at low speeds. Due to it sending out bursts of 12v which makes it buzz. Anyone have a particular fan controller that reduces the voltage that is sending back out? Something that would look good with the 900D would be nice. thanks.
