Black screen after componets changes

Hey guys I got a new mainboard and a new cpu ryzen 2700x and an Asrock b450m steel legend  

After the changes from Intel i56600k and my old Mainboard the pc doesnt Boots in the BIOS or anything else is one they screen but the pc makes booting sounds

 

My other components 

Gtx 1060 asus 6gb

550w corsair 

1tb HDD 

Wraith prism cooler (also new. First time after boot doesnt worked than after reseting the bios with battery works now fine)
