Xbox Controller Smartphone Clip

Hey guys, I just found this fairly cheap nyko smartphone clip that looks like it could be perfect for a limelight streaming setup (makeshift shield). Do you guys think it could could also work on a wireless x360 controller since it has the battery pack that sticks out?
