Is my GPU under performing?

Hello, I just want to know if my GPU is under performing? Its an Asus Strix 2070 Super A8G. I just don't seem to know how my GPU is supposed to perform but it seems that I am getting less frames than I would expect with this card. Also sometimes there are big dips for min fps in many games. Sometimes dips into 30fps when I normally get 100+fps. Also seems to perform relatively similar to my GTX 1070 in some games.

I don't really want to buy 3DMark so I can run it once and not use it again. So I downloaded Unigine Heaven Benchmark 4.0 to benchmark.

So the settings I ran was custom presets, direct x11, quality high, everything else disabled, ticked full screen, resolution at system which is 1440p.

I'm using a Ryzen 3600, 16GB G.Skill 3200Mhz CL16 ram, Unigine heaven was downloaded onto a Crucial P1 m.2 SSD.

Unigine heaven showed my GPU at 2130Mhz, HWmonitor showed it at 2050Mhz. Stock memory clock at 7000Mhz.

 

Does this unigine result seem to fit in with the performance of a 2070 Super?
