Live Gamer HD Xsplit

Ok so I just got a Live Gamer HD today, and much to my suprise, it sucks.

I need help fast

When I go to use my card as a hardware encoder (main reason I bought it), it won't let me use it as a cam i Xsplit

I removed that and added my game as the source

I did a test vid and I got audio out of the game, using the HDMI passthru on the card, but the video has NO sound!

PLEASE help as I need to stream ASAP!!

This is probably because your actual game audio is coming out of speakers connected to a USB device or the 3.5mm audio jacks, and not the HDMI port.

 

Keep in mind that HDMI is meant for video and sound, and unless you are using built in speakers on your HDMI output (a TV or a monitor that has built in speakers with HDMI input), you won't hear sound since your default sound output may be a Realtek jack or such. Make sure you have the "audio in" plug connected to where you normally connect your speakers's 3.5mm cable and from the card connect the speakers.
