iTunes Dark Mode modding?

I know that in some versions there is support for "themes," but I don't know how to find or set them up, wondering if anyone else knows how to do this, or if there are existing resources/guides.

I use 12.4.3.1, 32 bit, on Windows 10 because it has more features than current iTunes. (Weird, right?)

On a similar issue, if I have to go and modify it manually, the updater text box pops up every time I restart the app, even if I tick the box saying "Do not ask me again," wondering if ther could be a way to actually activate that flag.

This is probably a long shot, but I'd appreciate not burning out my eyes whenever I try to turn on shuffle.
