I have to re-plug my RAM every time just to get stable FPS, and I get way low FPS on on this setup. I avg 190-210FPS on CS:GO and I think it should be well above 250FPS with the GPU I have, Fortnite Averages around 122 on Epic settings. Should I be switching to Intel, because this problem has me really damn frustrated. PC setup and the resolution I play is given below. Should I reassemble my PC?

Resolution: 1080P 144Hz

-2080-Ti Asus Strix

3TB HDD/500GB SATA III/500GB NVMe M.2

-32GB(4x8) G-Skill DDR4 3200MHz

-X470-F Asus

-H700

RM 750x Corsair PSU

-H150i PRO RGB

-LL120x4
