CSGO focus loss issue

I have a problem where when CSGO is in fullscreen mode, and I click on another application on my second monitor, CSGO minimizes. I tried to put the recommended, SDL_VIDEO_MINIMIZE_ON_FOCUS_LOSS=0 %command%, into my launch options but CSGO won't run with the command in. I get a error that says it can't find, SDL_VIDEO_MINIMIZE_ON_FOCUS_LOSS=0 %command%. Do you guys have any idea what' happening here??? Thanks for the help.

Can you make it run Borderless Fullscreen? I find that usually solves most of my problems with games minimizing or pausing when I alt-tab out.
