How to auto create virtual machine

Good morning.  I often use virtual machines, which makes it too hard for me to manually delete and reinstall them.  So how do I automatically create virtualized computers like the Google Cloud Platform?

I think you can just export them to a .ova file, witch make it a lot easier to take VMs to gone place to another. Itś a universal type of file, so it will work with any virtualization software you use

What do you mean with Virtual Program?

The virtual machine program I'm using is a virtual program provided by Windows.  Is there a better virtual machine program than this?  And do you know how to create virtualization on your site like the Google Cloud Platform?

You can try Oracle VirtualBox, its a free software, to create VMs. You only need the ISO file
