Gpu RX580 noise

Im new to pc building and I just put together my pc and everything went really except when I try to play ARK survival evolved my gpu starts making a weird noise I haven't noticed it on any other game or program, it also start the noise as soon as i open the game and if i switch to another app or something it will go away not really sure if this is something i need to be really concerned about or not but ill leave a link to a video of the sound and you can let me know what you think.
