Pc screen turned slightly red!

Hello, I'm new here, and I'm seeking help for a problem in my laptop.

 

So I was regularly working on my laptop, it was heated a little, then I wanted to transfer music files to my phone using Bluetooth. however, the screen suddenly turned slightly red as I turned on the bluetooth, and restarting the PC didn't work, I left it a few hours to cool down but nothing's changed. whenever I look at the screen from down, it looks so red, but looking from up makes it a lot more normal.

 

Is this a permanent problem that requires a technician to fix? will changing the display colors do it? is there a way to fix this on my own?
