I went into BIOS and changed the XMP profile to XMP profile 1 instead of disabled. It increased my performance by ALOT. But I have no clue about memory speeds and stuff. Could someone tell me if it's a safe change?

Slot 4: DDR 3 G.Skill 4096 MB (Part number: F3-17000CL 11-4GBXL / 2133MHz 1.50V~1.60V)

Corsair specs:

And well.. I changed the XMP profile to 1, and now my windows 10 features doesn't work so have to do a clean install. But for the future, I need to know how to make my ram run as good as possible
