Extra info:

attached is a CBS log after one of the BSODs, some of the event viewer critical errors (only from the first 3 or so crashes), a critical error DriverFrameworks-UserMode's details page, and one of the two BSOD crash logs

used microsoft's windows installer flash drive and key for this system

Things I've done but not stated in the whole story:

chkdsk

memtest

both came back no errors

I'm so sorry but I even installed DriverEasy to make sure there wasn't a driver I forgot about (I didn't install anything they listed, they were all outdated anyways lol and yes its uninstalled now.)

This is gonna be a long list of issues and error codes so strap in, gonna start it from the top.

I have just built a new pc using the parts listed (all the parts are brand new, never used), I have updated my bios for the newest ryzen generation so we are all good there. I installed windows using a windows flashdrive and key sent by microsoft, installed all drivers, games and software.

After 1 day of use I got 2 BSODs with a stop code of "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". After this I installed a program to display the BSOD causes. At the same time I looked over at the event manager and saw multiple critical errors when the BSODs occurred, these errors were "Kernel Power Error" and "DriverFrameworks-userMode".

Then another crash occurred and it had the stop code of "CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION" then this put my computer into an automatic repair screen that said Automatic repair could not repair your pc, after this it rebooted into windows. After all that my pc started going into a Recovery mode which it stated my pc needed to be repaired "digital signature for this file couldn't be verified. error code: 0xc0000428". With this screen, I was unable to boot into windows. I then tried to boot off of the flashdrive with windows on it but it would either send me back to the recovery mode, go to a black screen saying "The file is possibly corrupt. The file header checksum does not match the computed checksum.", or send me into the windows install where I would try to install windows and it tells me I cannot install windows on this pc. Then in that same windows install menu there is an option for repair, I tried pressing that and it tells me this pc cannot be repaired.

After this I booted back to the drive with windows on it and I was sent back to the recovery mode saying "the application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors. File: \windows\System32\winload.efi error code: 0xc0000098" with options to try again, enter recovery environment, startup settings, and uefi firmware settings. I tried to use both the recovery environment and the startup settings both of which literally did.. nothing... then after another restart I was given a black screen titled Windows Boot Manager telling me "The operating system couldn't be loaded because the kernel is missing or contains errors" status:0xc0000098 file \windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe (the same thing my BSOD analyzer program told me was causing my BSODs usually).

Now I got annoyed and actually called windows support and after 3 transfers I got to someone who tried to fix my issues. While I explained my issues I restarted the computer again and was sent to the desktop (???????). So now his plan was to install the ISO of windows onto the desktop then run the windows installation within windows (i didn't actually know this was possible). about 20% the way through, the pc crashed and sent me back to the Recovery screen. Stuck in this loop again I called and got someone who was really helpful and thought it'd be best if I installed it again from a new flashdrive because maybe I was sent a corrupt version.

I then plugged my personal flashdrive with windows on it in and got sent back to the "The file is possibly corrupt. The file header checksum does not match the computed checksum." After that I called again and got someone who had no clue what he was talking about and while trying to explain to him that there's no way both my copy of windows I just downloaded and the copy microsoft sent are both corrupted, windows booted.. OKAY so I then went ahead and continued the windows installation from the iso and it went through successfully with 0 issues. I assumed after this everything would be a-ok.

Got another blue screen and was sent back to the Recovery mode which it stated my pc needed to be repaired "digital signature for this file couldn't be verified. error code: 0xc0000428". I did more reading on this error and assumed the digital signatures needed to be disabled to I turned them off through command prompt, the pc then rebooted and went to a new Recovery screen! this one says "It looks like windows didn't load correctly" with advanced options or restart. I went through advanced options and tried to use startup recovery and it tells me windows is unable to repair. I then try to restart and I am able to get into my desktop then the pc restarts back to the recovery screen.

I don't really know what to do any my brain is a little fried after going through all this.. hopefully someone knows what I should do.. Thanks!
