PC Build for Flight Simulation

As you can understand from the title, I am in need of a PC build that'll be able to run MSFS games. Mainly the P3D series and the upcoming MSFS game. I plan on running one monitor with a possibility of adding a second one. I'd prefer a case that doesn't have RGB or a case with an option of turning RGB off when needed. The location is Turkey, currency is TRY.
