Streaming Help for Friend

So I have a streamer that I usually watch yet he's been having an issue lately when he does try to stream CSGO. 

 

well i mean, theres not much to it. i have 30 upload, i stream with 3200 bitrate and tried lowering it. whenever i stream any other game, it works, no dropped frames at all. whenever i stream csgo, dropped frames up the ass!

if i stream with Shadowplay streaming it works. By dropped frames Imean, like on stream side. I don't lag at all.

Basically his stream lags when he plays CSGO using OBS through twitch. Any ideas?

well what other games has he tried?
what are his specs? we need more info plz

x264 encoding set too high?

I'm sure like DayZ and stuff and I think he has  3570k and a 660ti.

 

It seems more like it's more of an OBS/twitch issue I believe though. It's not his computer itself that his the issue, but his stream.

He said last time he messed around with that it messed up all his settings so he just uses quicksync.

does he use a face cam? if not just tell him to use shadowplay. and yea twitch is bein balls sometimes so it could be that
