BIOS forget password

Hello Everyone , i have a problem here , i already forget my laptop(acer aspire v5-431)bios password . Have anybody got idea or solution? sorry for broken english

1)CMOS BATTERY I already test take out and wait 30 minutes put it back also same problem

2)shock the jumper at motherboard also same

3)test with the website reset bios key same also
