What kind of an overclock are you looking at doing - are you just bumping it up a little, or a lot?

There's a ton of different programs out there - but the BIOS overclock tweaker works pretty well if you just want to get that extra little bit of power out of your CPU.

I just want to get my 8320 to 4ghz or 4.2ghz.

Look around different forums and see what overclocks other people are achieving with your cpu.

Start by seeing what your cpu can do on stock voltage. Once you reach the limit, increase the vcore. Start increasing the frequency again. Do this untill you either achieve the desired frequency or you feel uncomfortable with the voltage or temperatures.

Remember to stress test using prime95 or some other application. I usually run it for 24 hours before i feel comfortable with calling my overclock stable (other people suggest 12 hour or 8 hours etc).

Overclocking isnt hard, it just requires patience.

Don't go above 1.4v

For his cooler, I wouldn't recommend going over 1.4v. Also 1.4v is technically the safe ceiling for the 32nm process.
