I am indeed, but the 9700k doesn't come with a stock cooler, and I think it's time for an upgrade anyway.

mmmmk, you are correct it does not come with a cooler and the stock cooler you have now on the 6700 will fit it, but you will have a bad experience thermally with the chip. So the H440 has a CPU Cooler clearance of 180mm so pretty much any tower cooler will fit on it. I would personally go big and go with something like the Dark Rock Pro 4, Noctua NH-D15 or Cryorig R1 Ultimate myself. These 3 are the best tower coolers on the market and will perform as well, if not better than many 240mm AIOs on the market.

I think this goes here. I need some help. I'm getting a 9700k soon, and would like to know how I should go about cooling it. My specs are in my signature, my case is the NZXT H440. Also I am aware my current MOBO doesn't support the chipset, I have already purchased a Z370-A so I'm all good for that.

Thanks in advance! :)
