I am trying to make a website for a project and i would like to make a registration and login form but every time i make the registration form, i cant save the information to login and send the information to that file. any help would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to submit photos. Thanks!!

Registration and login forms usually require a SQL/SQLite database in order to function, it should not read/write user data to a plaintext .txt file. There are plenty of guides for creating login/registration systems in PHP, I'd recommend taking a look at this one in particular:

It would also help to know what the intended usage of your site will be, as there may be software that can assist you in this process.
