I suppose the quick and dirty way would be to burn the audio to a disk, then image it back (probably as a BIN+CUE, then take the MD5 of that). There are tools to do both.
Here's a tutorial for making a BIN+CUE without burning, but I don't know if the software is free.
That said, I'm surprised the label doesn't want the audio straight from him, so they could master it...
