Issues with i7 6800k

Hey guys, I've been having issues lately with my 6800k not talking any OCs. I put an OC on as I'd do normally, (which used to work) and f10. Then when I get back into windows and check with cpu-z, it doesn't stick, it just stays at 3.8ghz. I've disabled turbo boost and v-step up. It held a stable 4.3ghz for over a year at 1.35v. I don't know why this is happening. I've reset all settings to default a bunch and it still doesn't work. Any advice will be good.

 

P.S. After I post this I will be clearing the CMOS just to make sure its not that.
