im gonna keep this short, ever since the fortnite update 8.30 i havent been able to fullscreen the game, as it starts to flash black sometimes, and its really inconsistent
usually whenever i change tabs for example going into the settings menu, it'll make my screen go black again. At first i thought it was a problem with fortnite but then when i tried playing CS the same thing happened when i fullscreened.
After that i updated my driver to see if it would fix the issue but it didnt, and now i dont know what to do. The weird thing is, i can still fullscreen on google chrome and all that stuff, just not in games and its really annoying having to play comp with input lag.

any help would be greatly appreciated thx

The game is still technically in “Early Access” so its just a bug that has to be fixed. There’s no way to fix it on your end. Ive had those kinds of problems with the game myself.

Oh i didn’t im sorry. Try looking around in the control panel for your RX560 there could be an option. If there’s nothing, try going to Settings>System>Display and change it to 100% display scaling. If that doesn’t work, right click Windows icon in bottom left and go to device manager>display adapters>Update your GPU. If that STILL doesn’t work, update Windows.

thats ALL of the solutions i can give to fix the issue, surely ONE of them WILL fix it.

i just tried all of these and none of them worked, other than updating windows... i just updated it last night so yea. If it helps i have the free version for windows

so i have the watermark on the bottom right and i cant access the personalization section of windows settings (but for some reason whenever i change things on my laptop (which has windows 10 pro) it also changes on my PC to the settings i set on my laptop)
i think its because im using the same microsoft account
