"Not Enough USB Controller Resources" when using new USB DAC

As the title says.  And when opening Apex Legends now for example, it gives me an error that the audio can't function properly so it shuts down.

 

Any help please?  This is a brand new i7-8700k computer.

 

CPU: Intel - Core i7-8700k

Video Card: MSI RTX 2070 Super
Case: NZXT - H500 (White) 
Power Supply: Corsair - RMx (2018) 550 W 80+ Gold
