putting an ssd and installing windows 7 on a windows 10 laptop that has a hdd

would doing this speed up a laptop much or is it pointless?

if I should, how do I find what drivers to download its an acer aspire A515-51G-55F1.

is there anything else to worry ?

At this point, I feel comfortable saying that HDDs are no longer necessary unless you need more than 2tb in one drive.  SSDs are better, and more so than worth it, they are required.  I wouldn't bother with Windows 7 for support reasons. Internal drives don't have drivers, that is where the drives go, the equivalent would be to update your BIOS to the latest version.
