Need advice on an upgrading GPU

Currently i have ROG STRIX 1080 is it worth upgrading to rtx 2070 i have to mention i have Acer Predator XB27HU 165hz monitor,i dont know if its worth

No it isnt. Unless you want to use the ray tracing technology of the RTX cards I'd keep the 1080Ti

I have 1080 not an 1080ti

Well I have the 2070 and I think its fabulous! a 2070 would be a slight upgrade from a 1080

I really wouldn't bother unless you are desperate to play the like 3 games that actually support ray tracing, It might be more worth while in a year or so.. i would sit this one out honestly

I am gonna trade my card and play 150 euros extra only so thats why i am wondering :))

That IS NOT worth it in any means. They're the same tier of card and Ray tracing just isn't worth it right now. Please don't waste your money.
