Hello there, another question from me!

So i finally build a ITX-computer for my parents, though they are very happy for it, they think it is a but to loud. So i was wondering if you guys know any good very silent, and small CPU for an I5 4570. The case is a Chieftec Flyer Series FI-01B, so there are very little space. There won't be any overclocking and the CPU is most of the time running idle, so the noise level is the most important. I hope you guys can help me.

I have been looking on something like the coolermaster GeminII M4, or the Noctua NH-L9a.

I'm not trying to be an expert, just trying to help where i can. You can freely decide if you like my advise or not.
